You can reserve by paying the first day for stays under one week or by paying the 30% of the final price for stays over one week, in one of the following ways, sending by fax to n° +39 6 5136061 or by e.mail, a copy of payment receipt (except for credit card payments):

You can use, just to confirm booking, the payment system PAYPAL only on internet. It’s a safe payment system with credit cards, using an electronic payment site.

N.B. This solution of payment costs us approximately 5,00 euro that will come therefore debited as extra at the moment of the settlement.
Minimal period of lease
The minimal period of lease is of one night; the stay can begin on any day of the week.
Modality of payment
The payment of the balance have to be settled cash at the arrival to the B & B.
Notices to leave
In case the customer is forced to withdraw the reservation we ask to be informed at least 2 weeks before the date of arrival.
In the unlikely case the holder of B & B was forced to withdraw the reservation, we will advise immediately and, if possible, propose an alternative accommodation.
They will not come assumed responsibility for cancellations happened for causes of act of God, like in the event of natural catastrophes, fires or wars. Such events will have to be covered by the travel insurances.
Claims
Will not come taken into consideration demanded of reimbursements after the period of stay has been completed.
Prices
The prices are inclusive of Italian breakfast, air conditioning (or heating), services (cleaning every day and linen) and taxes.
