Gas and electricity expenses
Expenses of water, gas and electricity for domestic consumption are included in the price.

Domestic animals
We allow cats and small dogs in rooms with balcony

Timetable of arrival and departure
The rooms are available from 12:00 a.m. of the day of arrival (in case of arrival to the structure after 1:00 p.m., we ask to be informed at least three days before and confirmed one hour before arrival. We need to know the time of arrival, to be able to organize a meeting with our staff near the structure, for the delivery of the keys).
Rooms must be left within 10:00 a.m. of the departure day, unless otherwise specified at the moment of the reservation.

Responsibility of the customer or its hosts
In case the customer, or its hosts, damages the lodging or its content, the customer will be thought in charge of such damage. Relative expenses will be debited to the customer at the moment of the departure.

Number of persons
In no case is allowed the lodge more than the number of people fixed at the reservation, if not preventively agreed. The right is reserved to refuse entrance to the lodging if such condition is not observed.

Responsibility of the Bed and Breakfast
Every responsibility for the damages to the conductor from events in some way connected to the use of the apartment, included physical, material damages and losses caused from fires, robbery or other kind of criminal activity is declined.

Maintenance of the structure
The right of access is reserved in order to carry out urgent operations of indispensable maintenance. In the morning, according to the expiry imposed by the norm, the rooms will be cleaned.

Jurisdiction
In case of controversies regarding reservations and rents, only the Italian law is applicable and the Court of Rome is competent.
The subscription of the reservation implies the acquaintance of the general Conditions of Lease. If some conditions of this contract were or will become not valid or in the case of a gap in this contract, the validity of remaining conditions could not be impugned.
